Deutsche Bahn offers startup programs with their startup division DB mindbox. During my internship at Deutsche Bahn, I became a member of the Startup Innovation Scouting Team. Tasks included scouting, screening and selecting startups from all around the world. I learned hold several professional meetings with Startups to present them our startup programs or to check whether they could be a good fit for Deutsche Bahn. Additionally to scouting tasks, we supported the program managers in preparing and co-organizing pitch events or workshops for Deutsche Bahn held in Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich HQs. Smaller tasks where I was involved included video editing or pre-developing new scounting processes and internal tools with Python, GPT4-API and Excel (VBA) that led to more automation of standardized tasks.

Berlin, Germany

lemon.markets is a rising FinTech-startup located in Berlin. They provide an API that include financial data to invest in stocks and ETFs for companies. During that internship, I became a member of the Content Development Team in a multicultural environment. I was involved in researching & writing content pieces about stock markets, algo trading or process automatization. In addition to that, I directed & edited short videos for the startup to provide tutorials internally or social media ads publicly. Coding projects were also included during my research, examples are "Trading with Google Assistant" or "Managing stock data with Sheets".

REACH - EUREGIO START-UP CENTER

Muenster, Germany

At REACH, I worked as a student assistant & became a member of the video team in cooperation with the Chair of Entrepreneurship led by Prof. David Bendig. I was involved in building & developing a video studio for recording online lectures and commercials. Main mission for us was to establish an online academy series which should teach students 1x1 of Entrepreneurship through interactive video courses. Lectures were recorded both in English & German. During that time, I mostly worked with PHD candidates who were mostly consultants from T1 companies (McKinsey, BCG, Bain...).

I did one exchange semester in South Korea at Ulsan National Institute of Science & Technology during WS 23/24. Relevant Courseworks include Digital Marketing, Disaster Monitoring & Prediction using Artificial Intelligence (Python), Entrepreneurship and Cognitive Neuroscience.

Information Systems

Recently I completed my Information Systems BSc. studies in the University of Muenster. Relevant Courseworks include Data & Process Management, Software Engineering, Operation Research, Data Analysis, Digital Business, Programming (Java, Python, SQL, R, JavaScript) and Financial Math. Additionaly, I received the opportunity to take the Design Thinking Seminar in cooperation with the University of West Georgia and Georgia College & State University. My bachelor thesis was about the use of AI in 3D feature film animation projects.

Initiatives

Muenster, Germany

During my time as college student, I decided to participate in initatives that represented my interest & character the most.

The UNICEF HSG group in Muenster follows the mission to promote local student-led education on children's rights. Through research, presentaiton & panel discussions, we explore global political issues & children's rights together. At UNICEF, I am currently a member of the Marketing Team. I had the chance to meet here the kindest people in Muenster.

The Venture Club Muenster is a student-led club to promote entrepeneurship & empowerment in Muenster. I received the opportunity to be part of the Event Team to organize workshops or panels such as "Kickstart Academy" or "Let's Talk" mostly with founders sharing their experiences to the students. At VCM, I made great friendships during & after COVID because these people are truly living in the moment.
